Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your fleet

Axons Mobility gives every operator an MCP connection. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP app, sign in, and your team can ask about vehicles, trips, riders, revenue and repairs in the AI app they already use. Each person sees only what their role allows, and nothing changes until a person confirms.

What is MCP, and why does it matter to a fleet?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT use outside tools and data. For a fleet operator, it means the AI app your team already uses can read your live fleet data, with the same permissions as your console.

No exports, no copying numbers into a chat, no separate login to remember. Ask a question; the AI app asks Axons Mobility for exactly the data it needs.

  1. Copy your MCP addressIt is in your console, and looks like this:https://pulse.axonsmobility.com/mcp/yourcompany
  2. Add it to your AI appAs a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP.
  3. Sign in and approveWith your own Axons Mobility account. The app gets your permissions, no more.

More than 40 tools, grouped by the work you do

Your AI app picks the right tool for each question. These are the areas it can answer about.

Vehicles and devices

Vehicles, devices and firmware, fleet health, and why a vehicle is offline, in plain words.

Trips and riders

Trips, journeys and timelines, rider details by ID, segments and riders at risk of leaving.

Money

Revenue, transactions, invoices, expenses and financial reports, if your role may see money.

Repairs and support

Work orders, parts and technicians, support tickets and how your support team is doing.

Pricing and zones

Your price plans, passes, promo codes, fleets and zones, as they are set up today.

Insights and reports

Revenue ideas, today's priorities, notifications, saved reports and exports.

Your AI app gets your permissions, never more

An AI app inside your fleet data has to follow the same rules as a person on your team. These are built in, not settings to remember.

You approve each connection

An AI app connects only after someone on your team signs in and approves it.

Same permissions as the console

Each person sees only their own workspace, and only what their role allows.

Rider details follow roles

Rider names, emails and phone numbers reach the AI app only if the signed-in person may see them. Otherwise they are masked.

A person confirms every change

The AI app can propose a work order or a lock, unlock or restart. Nothing happens until a person confirms.

What is an MCP server for fleet management?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT use outside tools and data. A fleet management MCP server lets those apps read live fleet data — vehicles, trips, riders, revenue and repairs — and propose actions, with the same permissions the person has in the fleet console.

Which AI apps can connect to Axons Mobility?

Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps that support MCP connectors with sign-in. You add your workspace's MCP address as a connector, sign in with your Axons Mobility account and approve the connection.

Can the AI app change anything in our fleet?

Only with a person's approval. It can propose a work order or a vehicle command such as lock, unlock or restart, and nothing happens until a person confirms. Vehicle commands are refused while a rider is on a trip.

Does the AI app see our riders' personal data?

Only what the person who connected it may see. Rider names, emails and phone numbers are masked for anyone whose role hides them, and the same goes for money: someone who cannot see revenue in the console sees none in the AI app. The built-in AI assistant never sees rider names, emails or phone numbers at all.

How much does the MCP connection cost?

It is the “Connect your own AI” add-on, paid with AI assistant credits as your team uses it. 500 free to start, then packs. 1 credit is 1 US cent; each type of question has a fixed price, and a failed question costs nothing.

Do other fleet platforms offer MCP?

Few do yet. Of the fleet platforms we compared in September 2026, most had no MCP connection at all. When you compare platforms, ask for a live MCP address you can connect today, not a plan or a document.
