What is fleet intelligence software?
Fleet intelligence software turns the data a fleet already creates — rides, vehicle health, riders, payments and support tickets — into decisions: which prices to try, which vehicles to fix and which riders to win back. Axons Mobility Intelligence does this in five pages inside the operator console, from the operator's own data.
How much ride history does Intelligence need?
It starts with whatever data you have, and each view opens as your history grows. Until a view has enough rides behind it, it says what it is waiting for instead of showing a guess. Revenue ideas appear once there are enough trips to back them.
Where do the numbers come from?
From your own Axons Mobility records: trips, payments, vehicles, work orders, riders and tickets. Estimates such as churn risk and weekly impact are labelled as estimates, and Unit Economics names the costs it does not include, such as staff and energy you have not recorded.
Can we ask Intelligence questions from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. With an MCP connection, Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP app can answer questions about riders at risk, vehicle health and revenue ideas from your data, and each person sees only what their role allows. The built-in AI assistant answers the same questions inside the console.
How much does Intelligence cost?
Intelligence is an add-on. It is free for fleets of up to 25 vehicles; bigger fleets pay a monthly price by fleet size, set out in your quote.
