What is Axons Mobility?
Axons Mobility is shared mobility and golf cart rental software. It gives operators a web console to run vehicles, riders, pricing, repairs and money, a rider app for iOS and Android under the operator's own brand, and a connected device for each e-scooter, e-bike, moped, golf cart or car.
Can I use Axons Mobility for golf cart rentals?
Yes. Guests unlock a cart with your app or an NFC key card, zones keep carts on your property or allowed streets and can slow a cart or cut power at the edge, and you charge by the hour with a daily cap, day passes or memberships. Deposits are held on the card, not charged, and battery is shown correctly for 48 V carts.
Does Axons Mobility work with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Axons Mobility is MCP compatible, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP app can connect to your workspace in three steps: copy your MCP address, add it as a connector, then sign in and approve. It answers from your own data with your permissions, and a built-in AI assistant is included in the console too.
Does Axons Mobility support GBFS and MDS?
Yes. Axons Mobility publishes GBFS feeds so journey planners and map apps can show your available vehicles, and provides MDS data for cities that ask for it as part of a permit.
Will riders see our brand or Axons Mobility?
Your brand. The rider app is built with your name, colours, payments and sign-in, so riders never see Axons Mobility.
Which vehicles does Axons Mobility work with?
E-scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, golf carts and low-speed vehicles, and cars fitted with a supported connected device. Self-driving shuttles are in beta. Tell us your vehicle and we will confirm before you start.
How does the 15-day free trial work?
We create a private fleet for you in our trial workspace and email your login within one working day. You connect your vehicles, invite your team and a few test riders, and use it for 15 days. Other companies on the trial cannot see your data.
How much does Axons Mobility cost?
$8 per vehicle per month with every feature included, a $199 monthly minimum and no setup fee. Paying yearly saves 15%.
How do we get paid by riders?
Rider payments go through your own Stripe account, so you are the seller and the money reaches you directly. Riders pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or from a wallet they top up.
Can we switch from our current platform?
Yes. Start the free trial on a few vehicles while your current system keeps running, compare the two side by side, then move the rest of the fleet when you are ready.
Is our data safe?
Each operator's data is kept in its own separate workspace, with GDPR tools for data export and deletion. Each device has its own encryption keys, rider phone numbers are always encrypted, and roles control who can see money and personal data.
